Where they 'adjust' your neck/spine/hips.

My grandmother attended one for decades, sometimes as often as weekly or at least multiple times a month.

I got adjusted as a kid a handful of times. Following a car accident (at age 11), I received chiropractic treatment from a local chiropractor. After that, didn't really ever have many more treatments.

The whole thing is, at best, a quack farm full of ducks quacking away >_>

At worst, the whole thing is a straight up dangerous scam.

Chiropractors are just about okay when they stay in their lane.

The problem is that lane is incredibly narrow and has nothing to do with medicine.

I once saw a chiropractor that had severe uncorrected scoliosis. His office was covered in crystals and vitality shit.

If chiropractors were at least up front about people simply wanting manual manipulation without any medical need, they wouldn't be ridiculed as they are. It would be a glorified massage. I can count on one hand how many chiropractic videos on YouTube actually corrected an acute issue. It's honestly only one and the chiropractor went out of his way to use a custom method to resolve it.
