Here at the juvenile detention center we have a kid who just turned 13. He is charged with rape and apparently the girl was 9 or younger from what my co worker was telling me

I was wondering if it counted a child molestation. I'm not gonna go find a lawyer to bug over a question like this I ask chick i work with next time we work the same day.
