That's funny. I was expecting a conveniently-censored bobbing head or something. The commentary's probably right in that it was a couple of bored extras who wanted to pull a prank.

Then again, this was the same show that had an entire subplot with Abed happening in the background during one episode that only the most eagle-eyed viewers ever noticed.

This being Community it's impossible to know if that was a couple extras making a subtle joke that slipped through or if it was intentional by the director.
