So Sanders' idea is that people would work 32 hours per week and everything after that would be OT pay.

Given advances in automation, robotics and artificial intelligence, Sanders says U.S. companies can afford to give employees more time off without cutting their pay and benefits.

A recent study of British companies that agreed to adopt a 32-hour workweek concluded that employees came to work less stressed and more focused while revenues remained steady or increased.

I'm not anti-work so theoretically I don't really like it. it's hard enough to get stuff done in 40 hours let alone 32.
