There are certainly some judges who have removed children from custody of parents or ruled in favor of a parent based on providing gender affirming care.

Denying a child medical care is child abuse or neglect.

I was talking about how moderation happens for people with unpopular opinions and was asked REPEATEDLY to give examples. This is the example being harped on the loudest.

I am not claiming to have an expert opinion on it and have even refused multiple times to argue either for or against my opinion.

So honestly, I don't care what you think on my opinion.

It's very low priority for me politically. I'm not voting either way on this issue. I consider it something the government uses to ignore more serious issues we should all be concerned about. I do acknowledge that there are people that this topic is more important and relevant for, however. I just feel it's not the governments job to say one way or the other. Especially in the case where the parent, doctor, and child all want it. That's none of mine or the government's business.

I actually agree with this one. if something is bad enough to be moderated, meaning its against the rules to post it, and presumably its against the rules because its harmful to post.. why would it not be deleted?

if its harmless enough to leave up, why is it against the rules? Ive never understood NWD.

Bruh just dont say stupid/chud shit and you wont get moderated. The mods on CE are usually really lenient compared to some boards too.

Yeah both of my moderations that i felt were unjust got overturned. Mods are people and make mistakes.

Calling something your opinion does not make it worthy of respect. It also becomes less so when you bullheadedly stick to it in face of evidence against it and try to downplay the value of that evidence to put your opinion on the same level as everybody else's knowledge.
