So, a game that takes place at a fictional high school in a fictionalized culture obviously inspired by a real world culture counts, even if all the names were still made up. If the world/planet is explicitly stated to be something else, then no. Anything without a defined world, IE a solitaire game or puzzle game then no that wouldn't count --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
