You have the choice to either fix everything bad about your life, or enhance everything that's good about it.

For example, if you're lonely, broke, and unhealthy, but ok at drawing, you have two choices. Gain a friend, gain some money, some health, and still stay ok at drawing, or still not have those and be amazing at drawing.

Or, if you're financially settled, awkward, talented, wanting love, you could either gain some social confidence and chances at love, or be even better at your talents and your career.
