Surely there's a way you can have the machine pump in less air?

Looks like you made it. Where you go from here is up to you.

Happens every once in a while. I do think it's occurred less often the longer i've used it.

I wish I could just buy a Cpap machine. The fact you need a prescription for a device that pumps out air just shows how crooked the health industry is

I haven't used my cpap in over 2 years, but when I did use it, my mouth and throat were dried out a lot of the time, even though I added water to it.

Can't speak for TC but some CPAP's can not be changed unless you do and pay for another titration test it's really fucking tedious.

As for the CPAP question, sometimes yeah.

I might be getting a CPAP this year, not looking forward to it. I have a hard time falling asleep with like stuff stuck to me and distractions

I'm not offering medical advice when I say this, but you can make a DIY C-pap if you really want one.

Only if I wake up in the middle of the night for an unrelated reason. The pressure is pretty good at regulating itself. Average less than 1 event per hour of sleep.

More depressing is that it tells me how much I've been sleeping at all down to the minute and it's way less than I thought. Average 5 hours a night lol.

Don't do this and you can just buy a CPAP device they just cost like $2000 and you need to know how to set it up yourself which is not easy and you could potentially waste all that money because you needed a BPAP the whole time.
