17.03 such a oddly specific number I was told I'd get 20 but for some reason it didn't happen. I'll get it eventually cause from what I've seen I'm gonna be a asset. Got 2 people on shift worth a shit besides me currently and once I learn everything they can teach me I'll be as good as them. 1 wants to go back to dayshift the other plans on moving soon. So it will be me a part timer who is decent but as said part timer and the other guy....yeah....disappears for over a hour at a time sleeps and sometimes can't unglued himself from his phone to do the job. There is a reason I'm getting trained on stuff he hasn't despit4 him being there over a year and I'm sitting at 2 months

They don't wanna give it to me I will tell them I'm going back to my old job then. And the big boss doesn't want that he's apparently been trying for awhile to build a good team for 3rd shift but nobody wants 3rd

IAT level 1 or 2 certs, preferably level 2.

I only make about $21 but I'm ok with that and I like my job, so I have no interest in trying to find anything that pays more.

$21 an hour is enough to live comfortably and not really have to worry about money. I've never been one to try and live beyond my means though. Not driving and having zero debt definitely helps too.
