You got me before I edited in the clarification.

Its not a literal insult. Its a psychological attack on someones manhood. Like calling someone a coward for backing down from a fight, or a deadbeat for accepting welfare.

I was hurt a lot by the insult "yes man" once by a girl I was dating. Especially because I didn't have strong opinion one way or the other on the subject being discussed when she called me that (deciding where to eat)

But even that is only because she knew me well. A stranger calling me that means nothing
