yes, normal adults can generally foresee the consequences of their own actions. for example, if you drive 200MPH in a school zone you'll likely kill someone and get arrested

How is Trump's win in 2016 our fault (We're talking about the consequences of our own actions right?)?

Anyway, no I was unaware of what was going on in Gaza, but even if Biden lost, you really believe Trump would give a tiny damn about helping them?

Anyway, I can't speak for anyone else aiming to vote for Biden, but the reason I think we're doubt is for kind of the same reason Trump won at all back then besides his followers being bigoted.

How to put it? Like many things in life people seem to think that even with the best two candidates that it's pointless to less problems. Either everything is solved or no one tries at all.

And that's why Biden just barely won 2020 I think. People more eager to vote for him then expected 100% turn around and right now it's basically the same thing. Unwillingness to realistically lessen problems and expecting anyone in the country to be able to turn it around right now.

But if that was something that could happen, we wouldn't have problems within country or in Gaza at all.

Fault isn't a listed synonym of consequences.

I can believe that people voting against Hilary back then and those voting against Biden now aren't Trump supporters.

It just seems though like 3rd party voters expect there to be a perfect President in the making who can solve both America and Gaza's problems at the snap of a finger, instead of realizing that even the best choice can't do everything.

Okay, so for those who think Biden should be able to stop what's going on in Gaza, I would argue that if there weren't any roadblocks that it would have been done even before say those of us born in the 80s.

But my question is, any Presidents up to Obama that you hold in higher regard than Biden?

Literally never been the result of any incumbent president, no matter how much you want to think it is

Markets, and thus "the economy," tend to respond positively to presidential initiatives, though.

Especially ones that create jobs, build infrastructure, reshore and repatriate manufacturing jobs and money, put money into consumers hands that will make local economies a little bit flush with cash. Just off the top of my head.

The president may not be "responsible" for the economy, but he wields enough levers with enough influence that what he does can have positive (or negative) overall impacts on the economy.

We're still seeing the decline and death of the middle class as a direct result of Reagan-era (and just plain Reagan) policies.

That is not the question I asked you. You have admitted that you will vote third party for President. You know that there is 0% chance that the candidate you choose will be elected. You have admitted you do not vote in other races other than Presidency.

My question to you, knowing all of this, is how is going and placing a vote not a giant waste of your time? Why do you think going and voting third party, and not voting in any other races, is worthy of your time?

You're never allowed to praise democrats for things that republicans get to use as positive talking points. Low unemployment? Doesn't matter, it's only seasonal. Gas prices depend on whether or not they are low or high at the time on if a president has an impact or not. Record stock market? Doesn't matter because it's only rich people. So on and so forth.

Someone can claim they hold the same view regardless of who is president, but it doesn't matter. We've seen it time and time again how shit will flip as soon as a republican is in office versus a democrat on what positive narratives are and we've seen it time and time again that it WORKS on the average voter.
