Less topics are no issue if the postings are still going up. With the current 750 to 1000 topics, only topics with no activity for 2 days get purged. But every topic above 1000 gets instantly purged, with no mercy at all. Does everyone who gets a tempt ban lose access to this place? Just seems like with a user drop that quickly is not good news for this place. If you kept that pace for a year that'd be well over 100 users gone with only 500 or so here now. I was never around here much. Took a look around starting last year. I did enjoy seeing an actual internet forum being super active. They are better in EVERY possible way to current social media. Except in the one way that matters to corporations...liability. Nearly a 30 year run? With those users it seems like surely this place will be dead in a few years.
