I've been watching this in chunks over the last couple days. It's a really cool video. The way he breaks things down and does side-by-sides with game footage and diagrams is so helpful for understanding what's going on in the game. It's honestly really impressive how good he is at explaining it all. It's also funny and entertaining.

I think my main takeaway here is that Tick Tock Clock is a perfect level with no issues whatsoever.

it's covered in the video I watched. I agree the cosmic ray explanation seemed extremely unlikely but I only knew that it was theoretically possible and that the mystery was never solved. Had I known the hardware was faulty, I'd have probably suggested the RAM going bad was the most likely culprit which can cause bit flips as well.
