I'm on an energy weapons build.

Should I buy all the Van Graff weapons. Then kill them all retake my money and steal the rest of the weapons from the shop?

I have OWB and get all the ammo easily.

Am I missing out on anything?

I don't think you get your money back from weapons purchases when you kill them; merchant inventories and NPC inventories are separate.

IIRC, any unique GRA weapons transfer to the Gun Runners vendor if you kill Gloria before purchasing it. Having said that, I still buy the Sprtel-Wood first, because it's one of my favorite weapons and I don't want to chance missing out on it.

But yeah, nothing wrong with looting the place after killing the Van Graffs. Stolen tags typically only affect the faction you stole from, so whatever you don't want to keep you can sell to practically anyone else.
