Doe 04/23/24 10:28:18 AM #1:	Called primary insurance. They said they see in their system they are primary, and my secondary is secondary. called secondary insurance. They agree. They got all the information too. They are secondary and my primary is primary. CVS: "Our system will only choose one or the other and says you're not covered". Meanwhile my doctor literally has the PA approval and the agreement from both insurances. dog what are you talking about. Also my dentist used to take them, but then this year they were like, oh your insurance won't work here anymore. And i was like you don't take United? IDK if that has something to do with it. Ultimately, my secondary insurance (which is willing to cover my medication) insists billing has to go through primary. But primary says if they don't cover the medication then they won't facilitate a PA/coverage from secondary. Had to pay big out of pocket and will need to send a direct reimbursement form to my secondary and hope it goes through.
