I quit my 2nd job earlier this year. Felt great. Job 2 simply did not fit me anymore. I work as a Database Administrator, in SQL and general IT and I love what I do. Job 2 was supposed to be a Data Migration job but it was a lot of bullshit that went with it. I thought I was just going to be moving customer data around using SQL but it was not. I was made to be something of a translator in formatting data using Excel and their stupid xlook up shit and that was not what I signed up for. Gonna miss that extra paycheck but I want my sanity back and I want more time to spend taking care of my house and play video games and hopefully find a girlfriend.

Think the happiest it's made me was fleeting. I came in when I was supposed to clock in and tossed my uniforms on the counter. Manger just said guess you're quiting said yep. But as I was walking out caught a glimpse of the person I was supposed to relieve. She was a sweet woman and I probably caused her to have to stay over.

But I was their main closer so it still hurt the story as well. Only one other person was trained in it and they only closed the shifts I was off
