I was thinking about my 6th grade year I spent in a new school district. I can't remember a single teacher. I remember one kid's name because she had the same name as my pet rat.

Never went to pre-k but remember my kindergarten teacher and her aid. I also remember my first bus driver. But 6th grade is like a blackout year.

I have zero memory of large portions of my life.

I can remember the name of nearly every teacher I had k through 12, to include their appearances.

I graduated high school over 20 years ago.

I went to a small rural school, so I figure that makes it easier.

I don't remember my 1, 3 or 4th grade teachers at all

I honestly wouldn't recognize my kindergarten teachers. Some of my middle and highschool teachers I barely remember.
I have no recollection whatsoever of some of my college teachers.

I have zero memory of entire chunks of my life, bro.

I... Actually remember all of them by name and face. Huh. Huh. Remembering names and faces is one of my stronger flaws.

i think i can remember every teacher i've had, yeah. all throughout. and i live in a very populated place.

classmates though? no, as time goes on i forget a lot. sometimes when i look at old elementary school yearbooks or something, there's at least one person where i'm like "...i really don't ever remember seeing this person"

I didn't go to college until I was in my 20s and can't recall any names. Just faces. I was also partying constantly in my 20s so that could have something to do with it. Went to class fucked up more than once.

I don't think so.

I'm pretty sure I did two years of Mother's Day Out and I'm not convinced my memories aren't of the same teacher, but other than that, there aren't any I just can't think of a single thing about.

I can't remember 1st grade teacher at all. Faint memory of my third grade teacher.

Oddly, very specific memory of my kindergarten teacher, especially her last name "Aufdenkamp".

Im 32 now and I remember the name of every teacher from pre-school to 8th grade.

9th-10th I remember faces but very few names. 11th-12th I got kicked outta regular high school and got sent to a much smaller academic program at a technical high school and I remember everyone there.
