I know you said it makes sense for you right now to live there, but really, move out ASAP.... once you do, looking back you'll wonder how you ever lived like that and be much happier and more content.

Moving out honestly made me and my sister become friends, lol. We clashed all the time when we lived together but now we're super amiable because we don't have to put up the other being in our space 24/7.

She's 29 years old and pouts like a child because I asked her to take care of her clothes. Acts like I transgressed by not letting her clothes sit wet in the washing machine for 10 hours while she did god knows what.

What else can I even say to underscore how stupid this situation is. Anyone that touches her clothes is an asshole I guess but she has no self awareness about her stopping anyone else from doing laundry all day by letting her clothes just sit in there wet.

It makes sense economically to live at my parents' house since I work remote but God is it insufferable at times.

And no there is no special thing she does that I might not have done in terms of the dryer settings or anything. She is just mad because once someone did that and her clothes didn't dry all the way. Missing the irony that otherwise her clothes wouldn't have been dried at all

I stopped being nice and started just putting their wet shit on the table. It was just mind blowing to me the level of disrespect.

You asked her nicely to deal with her own clothes and then she gave you an attitude after you dried them for her because she did nothing for hours even though someone else needed to do laundry? Tell her to shut the fuck up and that she's a burden on your family- on you for having her shit in the machine all day, and on the rest of your household by being unemployed and contributing nothing despite being a college graduate. Burn that fucking bridge, TC.

Women's clothing and underwear is sometimes delicate and you can't just throw them in the dryer without damaging them. I hope you at at least hung her bras in the showers and or at least put the delicates in a mesh bag.

This is a major pet peeve of mine. For me it's always there is a load in both the washer and dryer and it just sits there all day even days at a time.
