I felt this way like 6 months ago. My belly has shrunk since then though since i went through a period of low appetite (one meal a day prob sub 1.2k calories really) and lost some extra weight that I didnt expect.

Tho I've gained some back now that my appetite is more normal but not enough to have a small belly yet

I think I was sick in that period. Felt feverish for like a month I forget now. This was in March to sometime in April.

Also my abs are barely visible. I used to be around this weight as a teenager and had very visible ones. I just haven't worked out in years and also have gone through other periods of calorie deficiency and prob lost some muscle from that.
