It seems like I can go places, meet me people and have good interactions with them where it seems we may be friends and even we'll exchange contact information. They'll even ask me at times.
But after that it seems whenever I may try to contact them, it get to know them they never text back. Does this happen to you as well and also what's is it that I might be doing that causes it? It is there anything I can improve? ... Copied to Clipboard!

If I meet someone I want to hang out with, I hang out with them. I don't do text exchanges so this doesn't really apply to me.
