My first bout. I don't feel great, but not too bad yet. We'll see tomorrow.

Please rest as much as you can. COVID is serious even if one has already taken the vaccine.

I never got it. A bunch of people at work have had it 2 or 3 times. I avoided it. Havent been sick at all since 2019. Its rare for me to get sick.

FYI I got this at a company conference with 800 employees.

Got it once for sure and I thought I was gonna die. Couldn't breath well for a couple days. Massive headache and felt feverish + sore throat too.

Have felt sick like a few more times since then too but not as bad. not sure what they were because I don't visit any clinic or hospital atm

I got it for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Felt like a very mild cold for the first two days, then I had the worst sore throat of my adult life for the next two days. That was the worst symptom.

I felt much better within a week. Hopefully it is mostly mild for you as well. Drink a ton of water.

I appreciate the well wishes. Unfortunately, I had a little weekend trip planned this week where I was going to propose to my girlfriend. 5/10 is the 5 year anniversary of our first date. It's a bummer.

Somehow I believe I got covid when I had no job. Never diagnosed but it's the second sickest I've felt behind having a bronchitis pneumonia combo. But then I get a job at the prison and was constantly put with the covid positive inmates. Never got it and while I do wash my hands I'm bad about touching stuff then my face or eating finger food without washing my hands first. Honestly though? That last bit I think might have something to do with me having a good immune system.

I do remember a case though. Inmates ain't supposed to have possession of the TV remote. Well they did in the covid wing. I went to take it and a inmate spoke up before I could grab it. We have covid and been touching it all day. I said fair point and walked away.

Hope it gets better sooner than later.

Personally idk if the not being able to taste would be good or bad for me. On one hand I'd probably drink more water on the other hand I'd be able to down booze at a more alarming rate

The one time I got COVID was during a family Christmas celebration. Worst. Christmas. Ever.

Managed to move the trip back a week. My fever seems to have gone down a good bit, sore throat is coming in.

Have gotten it 3 times. Rest and it will be nothing. Fight it and you will feel it in your bones and lungs.

Mom got it twice iirc, dad once, bro twice and sis once, I have not gotten it yet.

Feeling good enough to do a little wfh today. But I got kind of exhausted from a half mile walk this morning. This covid shit is rough

I had it once and spent an entire weekend getting to know the intricacies of my popcorned ceiling while stuck in bed with no energy whatsoever. I think I ate one small bowl of soup the entire weekend too.
