With the announcement of the new iPad Pros today, you can now get an iPad model that costs $2600 USD:

-13" iPad Pro ($1299 USD base)
-2TB storage (+$1000) (which includes a CPU upgrade and doubling the RAM)
-Nano-texture glass (+$100) (there's now two display glass options for 1 TB and 2 TB models)
-LTE (+$200)

All told it comes out to $2599. Just to run iPadOS.

Absolute insanity.

So you're not paying +$1000 for literally just a flash memory upgrade.

You get a free cleaning cloth. Im not joking too, its only available for the nano texture glass models and those are only available with the 1 or 2 tb options. Buying the lower cost base options? Sorry no cloth for you.
