Even the gimmicks they employ that keep them from being played on home console aren't that impressive. So, I'm picking a game that was very impressive at release and it took a full decade+ to get a proper home release of any kind: Dragon's Lair. --- Existence. So that means I'll probably miss the vote. But man there are a LOT of contenders. The arcade space is so wild. My first thought wants to say a racing game where the whole thing moves. My second thought is a shooting game like Police 911 where it was like Time Crisis, but you had to move your whole body because it had motion control. Heck part of me just wants to say Dactyl Nightmare because dang man.....competitive VR in 91? Insane. Maybe one of the Sega R360 games because have you seen that thing?
