Probably 200lbs for me. But I haven't even tried in a couple years.

260 now, but I backslid a lot from my max of 315 after having an achilles tendon rebuilt (yay bonespurs), getting depressed/lazy and am starting the slow climb back.

I miss the days when you could bring a game home and play, no updates to wait for. Now, get off my lawn.

I got 300 one time in my life.
It was during a deployment where I was working out twice a day just to pass the time

Most I got was 275 for 1 with elbow wraps. Been trying to increase my 225 reps the last couple months (up to 8 per set).

I weigh around 280 now, so I'm lugging around an extra 120 lbs naturally lol. My back is killing me. Hoping to get some time the weekend to stretch and exercise, but its been rough with work constantly being on the phone/computer.

i don't trust the barbell bench as a test of strength since there's just way too much you can do to cheapen the feat. eg. how much of an arch/bouncing at the bottom/grip width etc.

i can never stop laughing whenever i see powerlifting/olympic benching which is little more than a glorified competition about who can make the prettiest horseshoe back.

very decent but what you should improve is your sets and reps. forget the rigid 3x10 and always go for 1-3 reps from failure or else you won't know how you're progressing.

also, apparently the best sets for growth lies somewhere between 10-20 sets per week per bodypart so unless you do other chest exercises then you should up the amount of sets.
