My room is definitely big enough to have it touching none, as are my spare bedrooms, but Id never use the space that way. They all touch one.

Supposedly the number of walls your bed is touching indicates how successful you are. As in, more space, less walls your bed needs to touch. If you live in a closet, your bed is probably hitting all 4 walls. If you own a mega mansion, there's likely room to have your bed where ever the fuck you want it.

I dont buy it, especially since the bed size can change drastically with income. Ive slept in as big as queen on a single wall and as small as twin on two walls, with a full on three walls, and variations between.

When I was single, 2 walls. Ever since I moved in with the woman who would become my wife? 1 wall.

I could put the bed in the middle of the room so it's not touching any walls but that's an idiotic use of space.

Currently, it touches 2 walls. My gf and I don't live together yet, so I don't need empty space on both sides of the bed

Thinking back, its only ever touched one wall.

The only bed i can think of that touches 2 walls is our basement guest bedroom.

It doesn't touch the wall, there's like an inch or two between the headboard and the wall and a few inches between the side and the wall.

And in case you cant figure out who this particular jackass is, he is the guy that stole secret documents from his previous job, and hid them in a small bathroom with a large chandelier. 2-ish. it's not right up against the wall on one side, just really close, to give me more room where my computers are set up.

I put my bed in the corner because otherwise my room wouldn't really have enough space.

If I had a bedroom the size of a jumbo jet hangar, I would still put the bed against a wall tbh.

I don't think I've ever slept in a bed that touched more than one wall since I moved out of my childhood bedroom when it touched 2.

Technically none since the headboard is offset a few inches to avoid scratching the wall but effectively 1.

0 would be the least successful since you really only see those in orphanages and jail gen pop

I'll do you one better. In my second apartment, the light switch in the 2nd bedroom was tied to the master bedroom. If the light in the master bedroom was off, then the light on the 2nd bedroom didn't work

The light switch for my bathroom used to be outside the bathroom.
