Im just in a real point of self reflection in general right now.

I made alot of mistakes, specially with her I definitely held her to an unrealistic standard, and really failed to properly communicate the kind of relationship I wanted with her, partially because I wanted to have my cake and eat it too.

Im also just accepting the fact the woman is just self sabotaging at this point in her life and has demons she needs to address to have a successful relationship.

TLDR: Ive come to realize we both really need therapy, for past trauma.

I would say that's normal behavior, you have nothing to be ashamed of. I think about my ex-wife fairly often even though we were only married one year.

Called this topic last month, just like I called that topic the month before.

I spend a lot of my time thinking about my ex, especially since she passed away. We never really stood a chance, but I'd still given anything for just another day w/ her.

It's hilarious how obsessed TC is with his ex friend who was never his girlfriend. He can't let her go because he thinks he knows what's best for her still. Just like how he thinks they "both" need therapy. Probably thinks she needs therapy because she's seeing someone else still lol

I know why she needs therapy, she legit has issues. I dont make these topics to shit on her secrets and trauma though so I have no interest in talking about that.

Yes. The girl that isnt actually an ex because they never actually dated. He even admitted in the last topic that he had actually been to her apartment before.

I agree with all of this. Youre not alone man. I do miss my ex as a person. She was great. Genuinely the funniest woman I know and just a great time. With that being said I dont miss our relationship. We were never on the same page. We both did pretty toxic things.

I will always be grateful for her just for the fact I now know what I actually want out of a relationship.

This is my only Alt.

You need therapy bc even in a topic that youre claiming to be about yourself, youre still trying to diagnose this woman and create with excuses for why it didnt work out. Youre still trying to cling to hope that maybe one day when shes reached some status you deem mature enough maybe shell want to be with you then

This is normal TC. I think about my ex in retrospect almost the same way. Except for the therapy part.

again, with the assumptions that I didnt say.

I said she needs therapy because we have a literally had conversations up about her trauma and the fact that she needs therapy

I say multiple times in the topics that these post arent about really her and her issues and that I wont go into them.

There's not a lot of good solutions here. The best thing to do is just replace her. Obviously, women can't just be replaced with a different woman, so you're going to need to construct a doll version if yoyr ex.

You probably don't have a ton of money for lifelike dolls, so you're going to have to make due. Fill up some water balloons and stuff them into a garbage bag to taste. Put one of your oversized T shirts on it, because that shit is cute af when girls wear your shirts. Then just draw a face on and construct a wig out of the locks of hair that you've snipped from her when she wasn't paying attention.

Then just take your new girl out for a night on the town and post a bunch of pictures. Make sure to tag your ex so she sees. She'll get super jealous and come begging for you to take her back. Bingo-Bango now you've got two girls that are perfect for you. Your only troubles now are deciding which one to keep.

Everybody please stop enabling him. He makes these attention seeking topics because he has nothing better to do with his time. I know to you its fun to poke fun at the guy for constantly going back and forth at being hypocritical or being creepy but all of this is nothing more than feeding his unhealthy need for attention. Stop. I don't know if you know this user but he is not looking for advice. He is looking for people to sympathize with to fulfill his need for attention. He is not looking to better himself. Hundreds of people have given this guy advice for a long time now. He doesn't listen and comes back complaining about the same girl over and over.
