Long weekend in Vienna

if it's a cold i got struck by it too.

i don't go outside near people so i must've been infected on friday but gotten sick a few days ago.

i have plans myself (food shopping) but cant do it if i'm coughing up a lung.

doesn't feel like covid.

Yeah, I'm not planning on doing so. Just trying to soften the blow to myself, I guess

That sucks. Hopefully you feel better quickly and it doesn't linger like my cold has. I've been sick for the past 10 days.

I'm gonna try and send you a miracle cure, but I think Fandom started blocking them. I'm still gonna try though

i wanted to use that cold eeze stuff but it expired.

I think there's a cough syrup shortage going on but that info could be outdated

I've been drinking lots of (herbal) tea as a substitute for soup

Anyway, I sent the sick leave text to my boss. It never gets less nerve-wracking (even though my boss will absolutely not have an issue with it. It's my own issue with "guilty feelings").

it will suck even more if the sickness ends just as those plans could go through.

already day 4 and i'm feeling slightly better (not 100%).
(reading up on it more, maybe it's a summer cold they're not as lasting as the winter variant).
