A 7-2 decision, with the majority opinion written by Clarence Thomas that all 7 justices in favor joined. In addition, three concurring opinions were written, including one written by Elena Kagan and joined by Sotomayor, Barrett, and Kavanaugh.

Alito and Gorsuch were the dissenting justices.

I know a lot of the later decisions will be a shitshow, but what the flying fuck happened here? Thomas, of all people, authoring an opinion that all concurring judges join with, including the three more liberal justices. Four separate concurring opinions on this same case. This is not normal.
