It's from Adventure Time, generic nameless character ala Piranha Plant.

Someone should make a Smash style game like this that is all completely made up characters/lore.

Edit: I don't mean a game just in the style of Smash with OG characters, I mean a game that presents itself as taking all of its characters from established franchises, but none of them are actually real.

Let me guess, they haven't even gone through all the obvious candidates from the show like PB, Marcy, IK

The release of this game needs to be studied.

It's going under the radar because the game is free and was already released once before, and obviously it's probably going to donwell no matter what, but over the last several weeks I have seen near Suicide Squad levels of anti-hype.

just Finn and Jake, which makes this a pretty insane choice. Also just seems bad for business reasons. Youd sell way more costumes for one of the ladies.

The only explanation I can think is that they were testing how fast they can churn out a nothing character or they realized it was going to take basically 0 resources to make them playable (because they were already in the game as Finn's attack I believe)

I expect Mr Meeseeks to be playable eventually with the same logic.

Like all "original character do not steal" type characters, I'd get that game

The more In think about it, the more stupid this is.

I think Banana Guards may be some of the most unpopular characters in Adventure Time itself.

1st thought: April Fools Day was last month
2nd thought: Has Smash had a character both be playable and an assist trophy in the same game before?

i dont like using the phrase waste of a slot but uh

maaaybe theres a lot of them in that pve mode or something and they just made them playable
