tl;dr

  1. Really strong commercial restricted herbicide.
  2. Scrotum skin is thinner than anywhere else on the body.
  3. Stuff osmoses through scrotal skin 40x better than normal skin like your arms.
  4. His skin peeled off causing open sores which at that point you don't even have skin but he kept doing it anyway.
  5. One sip of this stuff is fatal and enough osmosed through his crotch that there was enough in his blood that it was like he drank it.
  6. It's highly destructive to lung tissue and reacts with oxygen making it unusable to the body.
  7. It can't break down in the liver, had to get expelled through kidneys.
  8. So much of it was in his body that even dialysis and blood oxygenation therapy couldn't save him.
