Had it un thawed in the fridge for several days.

There should be an expiration date printed on it somewhere. How long is "several days"? I'd say if more than a week, that's pushing it.

Providing it was frozen before the expiration date, it should be good for 3 days after thawing. (Less if ground beef).

bro its the hacked up garbage remains of dead things pumped up with antibiotics. It was never good to begin with.

Since it was frozen it's hard to give a timetable, and the date is no good, so if it's thawed give it a smell. It might be slightly musky, but if it's no good it will be pretty obvious.

Ground beef is good for three or so days. Non-ground is, like, five. Give it a whiff though. Beef is pretty good at telling you when it's no longer friendly.

if it passes the sniff test, youre good.

If it smells off I don't use it
