I have been feeling great recently however for reasons I'm have not a chance to get vegetables in like 2 weeks and I feel like crap. Could that be a cause.

I'm no science man but proper nutrition will give you more energy and make you feel better.

When I was a child Memaw told me if I ate my vegetables Id grow up big and strong, well I didnt and I got smaller and smaller until a bird carried me away, this might not sound funny, but the bird was a toucan which in itself is quite hilarious

There is something to be said about the correlation between proper nutrition and feeing better in general. But there could still be a variety of factors in all of this.

Are you just "feeling a little tired," or are you genuinely having difficulty just getting out of bed in the morning and performing simple and routine tasks? If you have extreme exhaustion paired with mental fog, memory problems, sensitivity to light and sound, you may want to consider talking to your doctor about chronic fatigue syndrome.

I feel like crap.

might be a cold going around. i wasn't feeling well for a week and i couldn't sleep well. which impacts energy levels (had to sleep on a couch so i could even breathe while sleeping).

don't know if it's gone, get coughing fits at times it sucks (wish people wouldn't decide to go out in public if they have a cold, wait till it goes away first).

I use to have that. I don't know it was a syndrome but chronic fatigue. I don't know what happened I was feeling so great. I have not been able to weight lift in the morning I just been in bed. Until I have to get up. But I been doing a lot of stuff...I could just be tried. Working on papers working on work stuff cleaning up a yard for my parents. Trying to find the perfect Elsa for the CE lol. Joking aside I might want to contact my doctor.

It wouldnt hurt. Good nutrition is a factor in health obviously

the less processed food you eat the better you feel because your body is working less to be able to handle the food. Junk food is terrible on your body because uh....

Today I am going back to eating grilled turkey and baby spinach. I think trying to get a lift in after work might help. I will do that eat well and lift until Monday. If i am still out calling the doctor.

i think it does. i wouldn't know anymore they keep cutting services or increase the premium.

anything that is "preventative" is covered.
