Cheese Real sourdough bread. The stuff Walmart sells is garbage, but Aldi has a fantastic San Francisco-style sourdough that'll knock your socks off. Toast the bread, top it with thin slices of cheese (or grated cheese), add a fried egg, and some bacon or bacon Spam.
