Biden always struggled with a stutter and gaffs. But yeah, it's getting worse. I missed where this was worse than the idea of electing a felon and adjudicated rapist though. Voting Biden and/or Harris ticket.

I messed up, but it was sweat (Im only peeping in between reps now that my warm up is done). I also dont proof read. FWIW, I am concerned about how much Im sweating considering Im not even working out that hard.

Ive posted on what was formerly weight loss social a few times. Im still fat, obese even. They say the only bad workout is the one you miss, so I try and go for the better part of the week at least.

No, I was on the elliptical ( I do ten minutes this or a quick walk on the treadmill before I start doing muscle exercises) when I made the topic. Im about to my last rep of bicep curls now. The conference was on the tv screen on the elliptical, so I was paying attention to that because its not like you need to think on an elliptical.

Again, that was just moving my body a bit, not like when I actually do cardio (which my cardio days could be better, but thats a different story). Now its just brief phone time between reps.

2. I actually usually peep social media for memes. Like I said, since the conference was on, I happened to catch that part and I was aghast with embarrassment. I dont support Biden any less for it, but it was such an awful flub that I had couldnt keep silent about it.
3. Ive seen people fart around a lot longer in between sets than it took me to check the topic. Admittedly, when by myself I usually am a bit quicker because I count in my head until the next set (I find it more tedious to deal with timers of any sort on my phone, to the point I still use an alarm clock).

I am now back from the gym.

I really dont know why I was sweating that much. I wasnt working out that hard and because of the sweat, I actually kept the weights lower than normal when I did most of my muscle exercises. Admittedly, my first exercise was the deadlift, which I do remember getting a bit warm if not sweaty when I do that, and I started with a weight that was around what Ive think I had been doing. Id been doing back and bicep workouts with my one friend a lot, and hes not comfortable with deadlifts, so I only do them when I do back and bi by myself. Anyway, when I next moved to the row as well as most of subsequent exercises, I did them at a lower weight than I normally do (though I did go back to my normal weight for my second two sets of pull downs). I was really sweaty when I was coming home from work too. As I changed and went to the gym as soon as I got home, its possible my body was still cooling down, but considering my commute, I should have been cool by then. I have an appointment with my doctor soon (for other reasons), so if Im still sweating like I was today frequently, then Ill mention that to my doctor. Anyway, now I feel like Im Health and Wellness posting.

And I said aghast with embarrassment with the mental tone of someone unironically saying thats fucking cringe. This is a gamefaqs post, not a piece of book or film. Overanalysis of semantics is worthless in this regard unless you really want to stroke your ego that much.
