Can it be like Remilia from Touhou where despite needing blood, I don't get a huge appetite for it and resultingly, anyone I feed off of will survive and not become vampyric themselves?

The people you feed on can survive and you can drink blood that's been withdrawn from like a blood bag just as long it's human
