i have to eat more of those veggies (got a package of carrots). pepper and sriracha will do it good.

i need to prove to my primary doctor i'm contributing to my health. long ways to go on weight loss (if i lose weight. the percent will go down and my pre-diabetes may get better).

going to try plain oatmeal (replacing that as my grain on dinner or breakfast) if i can down it. that'll solve one problem.

it better to steam the vegetables because it is able to retain most of its nutrients as opposed to roasting them. This will also eliminate the need for oil as well.
