I also imagine using a VPN could mask that a bit? Can't say for sure, though.

Gamefaqs wont allow my vpn to access the site. However, I actually never used it for trolling so I guess others have in the past. Good vpn for the high seas if you get what I mean, aye aye captain

On one hand there's so much basic common knowledge stuff wrong in that post that it's almost too absurd to be legitimate.

But on the other, he has a few really obsessed "fans" on that subreddit and it's very possible they've played into his god/savior complex so much that he believes this is a significant cause that only he can do.

Would be hilarious should he arrive there only for Dtoast to be a remote worker who doesn't even live in the state.

I've never seen the building but I've been to/worked in other corporate buildings before and there's a pretty good chance he won't even be able to get to the office. The building is probably a large multi corp complex where different companies rent office space on different floors and you need a working key card to use the elevator. You can get a temp card from a front desk type person but sometimes they don't even have those and someone has to come down to let you up.
