I've practiced this with paper towel tubes for decades. I'm ready to give it a go whenever the opportunity arises. Also I have put the tube down by my crotch while saying the same phrase. However, I put a mild cheaty asterisk to this, because the one can still mount and fire 22mm rifle grenades due to the integrated spigot and gas tube assembly.
