Take hundreds of Harry Potter books back to the 1980s, having removed Rowlings name from them so that kids can still enjoy them but she wont be able to make any money from them.

Bring a Sports Almanac from the future to my past self so I could become wealthy from gambling.

Fart. Travel back in time. Fart again. Repeat infinitely to build up a cloud of fart so large that the entire Earth can smell it.

Go into the future, get winning lottery numbers for all the lotteries, keep posting them on social media in the present, watch the government publically demand that the anonymous time traveler stop posting winning numbers.

if someone was looking for their keys, I'd freeze time a second after they thought they spotted them and move them somewhere else, so when they got to that spot, they'd start to doubt themselves.

then I'd keep doing it until their frustration overtook them.

Go back in time and make sure my parents invest in Disney, IBM, Microsoft, and Apple, then divest from IBM to move money from that to Google. Invest in other areas too including getting Packers stock (just as fun to say you have as it is worthless) for my birthday.

Bring back sequels, then post them as fanfiction.

Time travel slightly in to the future, watch a film/anticipated TV Show/Nintendo Direct etc., come back home, and make "predictions" online about what will happen.

While I will keep insisting that I'm not a leaker and I'm just making lucky guesses, eventually a reputation will build up. People will be convinced that I'm someone "in the know." I'll be classed as a "Tier One" source on Reddit. When a Direct is announced (on a date I'd predicted months in advance, natch), people will be flooding to the internet to see what I'm "predicting". When a new Marvel movie is due out, impatient spoilerhounds will flock to see what I say the post credit scene is. People will place bets on the winners of Love Island based on who I say is going to win right after the first episode airs.

This will go on for years.

Then, one black day, I will go online without the aid of time travel, and "predict" the one thing that would enrage each and every fandom the most. Those characters you absolutely hate? They hook up in the season finale. Nintendo's big holiday game? Mario is Missing HD - with paid NFT DLC. The Doctor Who Christmas special? Written by Chibnall and focusing on Ryan, who was The Doctor all along. Supernatural is coming back, but only as a one off special where Cas clarifies that he only loved Dean as a friend.

Then I sit back and enjoy the show.

Go back in time to 2024 and tell people about the impending end of the world knowing they won't be able to stop it so now they can't live out their final months blissfully unaware but instead fret over the inevitable.

I'd use it to get rich, but I don't think I'd do anything particularly petty with it.

I would slap a few classic philosophers and authors for sure.

Go back to earlier in the day when you had a particularly tasty donut and steal the donut from your past self so you can eat it again.
