For example of the ability. You can basically workout forever and NOT feel the pain at all. The workout out will still obviously workn you just won't feel the pain/burn in the process.

If you stub your toe you won't feel the pain. If you get bear up you won't feel the pain ect.

That's a fun topic. Pain is pretty integral, and possibly the root of all feeling at least in my body. So, like, your genes flip the sensation equation on you or whatever, creating pain, along with the conscious vs subconscious, and how that changes over time with development from child to adult. I'm not sure you could function normally without pain without something else there to regulate it. In other words, I suspect what you're proposing is rather remarkably complicated or would be

Ok

Yeah

Cuz when you burst that bubble or whatever you go into shock

No offense to TC, but many of his topics aren't particularly well thought out. There's no deeper thinking to be found here, >.<

I saw this documentary once about this person with an extremely rare condition that made them feel no pain and their life was extremely miserable

Pain is actually important. When I took my grandma to the doctors when she was still alive, they'd routinely check her feet and legs for sores or cuts she may not have known about, due to diabetes I guess removing the feelings in her extremities. They'd use this spur looking thing to role across her feet to gauge sensation and shit.

There are people who don't feel pain.

They tend not to live very long.

This is an extremely bad idea.
