You will see Twitter shrink if all three of the following things happen. 1) Content creators find a more secure platform to be active on. 2) Legitimate news outlets and game companies move to the same platformer as the CCs. 3) Discord, Teams, etc step up their security game so people feel safe using them for large communities and not just smaller, more personal ones. Once all three happens, twitter dies for good. Do not underestimate the untold numbers of 'casual users' of Twitter that only really remain on the site to keep updated on relevant news.
