Somehow this is found to be enforceable in court probably by a conservative judge. Do you accept and use the app? This kind of thing exists to try to bully and pressure people, but if there's negligence or illegal stuff involved, this ToS agreement won't hold up. --- (He/Him) I write Naruto Fanfiction.
