People will get called to jury duty to preside over your trial for skipping jury duty and some of them will not respond and other people will get called to jury duty to preside at their trial.

Obviously nothing. Depends on the judge that was working that day I suppose. I remember during roll call once a judge had warrants ready to go for anyone thst wasn't present. Only 1 person wasn't there and she was like "go get this guy. He's gonna explain to me why he didn't bother to show."

I would assume since you never heard back, there was no case that day and they did not need you in the first place.

I've gotten jury duty like 6 times but every single time when I check in it says the group was excused. So in each of those cases if I forgot there would be no issue
