Best Friday 13th movie ever..,....did many of you like the elm movies more?

All are good outside the horrible trash remake and Jason X.

Even Jason Goes to Hell are better than both of those.

I might marathon the first 9 movies tommorow, already did that last month but why not do it again.

I honestly like the one where he fights the girl with powers.

I think the Nightmare movies are better but I end up watching Ft13 a lot more. Think 3 is probably my favorite just for the beginning with the guy eating food from his own store and some of the awkward dialogue.

The one with Crispin Glover is probably the only one I'd say is legit a good movie. Otherwise they're pretty much all slop.

No, all are not good tbh.

Part 1 is a classic but hasnt aged the best. I really only enjoy Mrs. Voorhees.

Part 2 I used to like, but has aged poorly. The final girl is a likable character until the final act where she stands around like a feckless goof while her boyfriend nearly gets strangled to death. A lot of it is just meh.

i really like Part 3. It has a great final girl, great final chase scene and a really good ending. Part 4 is also really good. They are probably my favorites.

Part 5 is one you could skip outright

Part 6 is one every fan should watch at least once, although its a bit overrated imo. Regarded as the best by many though.

Part 7 is actually really good and doesnt get enough credit, but I think people dont like the psychic shit

Jason shouldnt have went to Manhattan, or Hell or Outter Space you can skip those

The Remake and vs Freddy are also really great or at least fun. I think the remake is one of the better remakes outside of TCM.

I've gone 3 times this season, last visit we got our last ride on Snake River Falls.

The water was ridiculously cold though.

We're planning a Halloweekends trip soon, trying to go to it twice.

Gatekeeper is very underrated, short line, magnum too

It was ridiculously packed the last two times we went.

Halloweekends is only going to make it worse, just hope they don't oversell tickets and pack the park to capacity and over like they've done in past years.

That's not smart, fun for anyone or safe.

It was during the week when we went the last two times, it was busy still for whatever reason.

It had to be travelers because most schools are back in session in Ohio.

I refuse to buy fast pass, usually we get on whatever has the shortest lines. There's times where we will wait 30 to 40 minutes on a ride.

I'm hoping ride times won't be super long when we go for Halloweekends soon.

How about this? Supposedly it costs CP like 40 mil. For one new huge coaster, do you believe that? If true then they have to recoup a lot of money...

IMO the first three are essential viewing for the franchise (part III is my personal favorite) but after that, it all comes down to how much time you want to spend on diminishing returns. I personally don't like the Tommy Jarvis arc and 8 probably isn't hated enough but even the bad movies have good moments or even some of the franchise's most iconic moments.

The reboot is contentious and rightfully so because there are some really bad things about it but it also has a lot of good qualities and IMO does right by the spirit of the franchise while tinkering with the formula. The good about it, however, is all seriously negated by how unnecessary and pointless it feels.

Also, Jason X is not good but at least has the absurdity factor and Freddy vs Jason was realistically never going to live up to the hype. If you can ignore that, it's a fun enough time.

6 is my favorite. I think it's safe to say that if you don't like 4 and/or 6, you won't like any of them.

I also really like Jason X, but that's probably because movies with a mix of sci-fi/horror/action are a guilty pleasure of mine.

5 gets hated on too much because of the Jason.
8 doesn't get hated on enough. All of the stuff in Manhattan is terrible.
