here's a dozen enemies, and a dozen bosses, fight them for 40 hours I swear there was like 2 or 3 instances, where id beat a hunt, then have to fight another of that same monster in the main quest soon after. ... Copied to Clipboard!

game would have been better if it was a little shorter, but i still had a great time with it. Easily the best single player mainline ff game since 12 imo --- "We would have no NBA possibly if they got rid of all the flopping." ~ Dwyane Wade ... Copied to Clipboard!

I should try it but outside of FF7R, I couldn't manage to be interested in a FF game since FF12, which was a LONG time ago... --- On va les avoir. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I watched Maximilian Dood play it (well, I played it fully too) and by the end he said that the game would've been unironically a lot better if the gameplay was just the linear action stages, no open areas and no side quests. And I think I agree. A purely action game that didn't bore you with fetch quests and had a great story would've been fire. Sure people would've been pissed at it being a mainline game but it would've been better than it is now, IMO. --- Game collection: http://www.backloggery.com/bakonbitz Gaming channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwVQm69J7bGScbv3_50C0dA ... And I think I agree.I feel like this is the case for a lot of games. Not enough variety to have the player run back and forth between areas. He said that it should have either leaned harder into straight action adventure, or harder into RPG with minimal DMC-style action. But it tried to do both and came up short on both traits. --- ...I think I'm done here... ... Copied to Clipboard!
