The wording seems wrong on the Black Panther. It just says "enters". Enters the graveyard, enter the battlefield? Enters what exactly?

I agree, but I wouldnt say that the universe beyond cards are the reason of this. Mostly the power creep, over abundance of products, specially commander. Then they destroyed standard play.

To be fair, Wolverine's "Double all damage" bit makes him effectively a 4/2 that scales wildly out of control + his toughness being low feeds more into him being tough due to regeneration rather than because he actually no sells like other superheroes (which is accurate).
