school? There weren't that many at the one i went to. Supposedly the numbers for those go way way down from most middle schools

I never went to HS, got my GED and moved on with my life, but I did get expelled from middle school for breaking my bullys jaw

No but there was a lot of racism. We had 1 Asian guy in our school and some kids spray painted slurs all over his car during school hours and he had to drive home like that. There was a lot of black and white division too.

Pretty sure the stop bullying, speak up thing cartoon network did originated from an incident from the high school I went to. Was way worse in the 90s too

No, maybe one every few months or so in the lunch room, but HSs were closing down all over my city at the time, and students from nearby needed up merging with mine in my junior year.

Then fights became almost daily. To the the that I became bored of them and just kept eating my lunch as the other kids swarmed the fight every time.

I been in one myself in 6th grade but we weren't trying to friggin' kill one another......just a standard slugfest (well more like wild flailing since we were both 12. I just happened to get lucky as hell as the dude I was fighting stumbled a bit and fell back into a desk seat. Managed to pin him down using my right knee and just.......threw haymakers) until we got broken up.

The two most notable ones I remember was when I was in 8th grade. On the bus ride home 2 groups of girls (one of them had this older girl that I knew from the church we went to) really got into it about something or another. Plastic forks and knives was brought out but this was still enough of a situation where the bus driver stopped the bus and called the cops.

Every single one of us had to get out the bus and line up against it with our hands in the air, =/ I never even bothered asking the girl I knew what they were fighting about.....it was 1997 and all I really gave a shit about was getting home to play some playstation and nintendo 64, lol.

The last fight was the worst I ever seen. For whatever stupid reason these 2 dudes decided to fight it out on the last day of school with all of us being seniors. (By this point we all had to wear those tags around our necks that was a picture ID and showing our grade). Again, final day of school as seniors, literally none of this shit is ever going to matter again for the rest of our lives. They decided to have this fight that drew a huge-ass crowd right there by the student parking lot.

The bigger dude managed to grab the smaller one, picked him up, and power bombed the fuck out of the smaller one with his head hitting first on the concrete. It was the loudest thud I ever heard in my life and still remember it to this day. (This happened back in 2001, =/ ). Like I had to imagine his spine or something or another just got fucked up with the way he hit the ground like that. Last thing I remember was the bigger dude getting dogpiled by teachers and a security guard. All I wanted to do that day was just chill with my 2 main friends at the bowling alley for a bit so I dipped out.

Maybe a handful a year if that. Strangely enough 3 of the fights I remember involved the same kid getting beat up by 3 different people.

Lots of fights I went to a ghetto high school easily 25+ or so each school year.

Rural america. There were only 70 people in my graduating class. School was in the middle of a corn field. Lots of Trump signs around here.

Oh boy. Not Atlanta but very populated Georgia City and... Yeah.

Had a couple of scraps, myself. The bus home was a battlefield.

I wouldn't say a lot, considering my school population was huge. It was more the ferocity of the fights. My first week in high school 2 girls got into a fight in lunch room. One second there squawking at each other, the next, one girl's on the ground getting beat with a metal chair. I came from junior high that had a lot of fighting, but it stayed mainly fists, certainly weren't any females speed running felonies.

i dont recall any major fights tbh. My highschool was overseas in a military base. Only around 600-800 students attending.

My 1st middleschool did have a lot of physical fights in the bathrooms. There were also a few more public ones that got a large crowd spectating and at least 1 security guard involved during my 6th and 7th grade year (I was involved in one of them lol). this was in a public school over in southern california.

Damn did your parents really do that military school threat that was a little common in teenage movies or shows to you?

In the mid-2000s, not really. I went to an all-boys grammar school, and whilst there was a bit of fisticuffs, generally there were no big bustups. The only time I saw any fighting was, amusingly, when the nearby all-girls school were waiting at the bus stops. There was one big one where I lived that pretty much all kids used. The public knew to avoid it at 15:55-16:15.

I can't deny I was involved in that too. I remember having a pushing match over a girl I was dating, her ex (in my year) wasn't too thrilled. I also remember seeing someone making a move on my younger sister, who was in that girls school, which I was, uh, less than enthused about. Little prick's mates tried to defend him, my mates said "that's his sister, fuck off" - and the oldest kids took my side.

I dropped out of school after my GCSEs and I remember picking up my sister two years later in my M3. The story was still known - L&T's sis has a dropout brother who doesn't take shit and drives a drug dealer car - but that's another tale. I was not, and have never been a drug dealer.

Oops I should've worded it better. I grew up as a military brat. My highschool's population was primarily military brats too (a few with retired-from-military parents but working a gs job). Highly anecdotal for sure but i saw less juvenile delinquency from this group (military brats) than others probably because our actions can get our serviceman parent(s) into trouble by their leadership too.

There were a lot, but most the fights happened later off school property cause no one wanted to get expelled.

Yup, for almost the entirety of grade school. By the last year and into high school, people already knew not to mess with me, and I enjoyed a fair bit of popularity.

Yea my school had physical fights every week or so. The most ever got was 4 fights in one week. Mostly just asshole racist ppl, wannabe gangster/cholos types, snitches and drug addicts

Only ones I really remember were a catfight between two girls, like all of a sudden they tumbled out of the lunch table going at it like something out of a movie, a kid got expelled because he busted a lunch tray over someone's head, and off school grounds a kid got arrested for going after someone with a bat. Something to do with his sister. He was stuck in the ISS room and had to be escorted everywhere until his mother pulled his bail. Next time I heard about him he was... Getting arrested again.

School? Lol you were lucky if you didnt get stomped out at the bus stop.

I was only witness to three fights in High School:

1. Broke out right in front of me while I was waiting for my bus to take me home, they slammed up against a bus several times.

2. Two preppy looking guys in sweater vests, rolled around on the ground, slapping each other in the head. We all just stood there and laughed during this one.

3. Two girls fighting over a guy. The guy actually joined in, taking sides, and helping one of the girls attack the other one.

Oh, and I guess a 4th one...it wasn't really a fight, but two guys were going to start one with me, but I thwacked one with my bookbag, knocking him down, and then, that was pretty much it.
