It's been several hours since I was at the dentist. Tried to have a nice meat stew but it hurt to chew anything so I just had a couple of bites and got up in frustration. Even before eating my teeth were actually feeling... what I can only describe as sore tbh, think I went to a bad dentist don't know if this is normal (been almost a decade since last I went to the dentist)

Am I gonna have to wait until tomorrow to eat anything, I don't remember it taking this long for my teeth to feel "normal" again. Have just been drinking water all day.

Im assuming it was a deep cleaning considering how long it had been since you went? If it was a regular cleaning it probably shouldnt be leaving your teeth sore, as I havent had that issue after my cleanings. A deep cleaning will leave your teeth sensitive though. Had to get one myself last year, and they told me not to eat anything too hot or cold and stick to soft foods that are easy to chew. The sensitivity should go away after a few days.

Should have had a succulent Chinese meal.

Few days? Good god! Should I subsist on bananas and I dunno, brothy soup.

But no yeah, I guess maybe that's why. They did say that teeth were fine, no cavities everything looks great.

It's been so long I didn't even ask how long I should wait before a meal, I'll probably call them up just to double check.

I actually didn't ask anything, couldn't think of any questions.

Does seem like it's improving. Just hope I recover in time for Halloween. Guess I'm glad I got it over with sooner rather than later.

Was gonna celebrate with some screme eggs but no store was carrying them, so went home in disappointment.
