cjsdowg 10/30/24 1:29:59 PM #1:	There have been all these new rules and stuff that higher-ups want us to follow. I wanted to speak up but decided to play it safe and not draw attention to myself. But I just made the choice from now on I'm not working a millisecond over my contracted hours. No emails will be answered, and don't even think about calling my cell phone. I won't answer any work-related calls unless the building is on fire. SAlYAN 10/30/24 5:31:11 PM #14:	I quietly quit months ago, after I pointed our that after years of getting saddled with extra responsibilities, I'm earning 65% of what my actual role should be. CIO basically told me to fuck off. So, I figured, they wanna pay 65% market rate, theyre gonna get 65% effort. What are they gonna do, fire me? Im the only admin, developer, and SME for my platform, and they clearly dont want to pay the asking price for a replacement. And, yknow, Im not a morning person, so Id say the hardest part of my day is waking up and showing up. So about 40% of my usual 100% effort expenditure is getting over that hurdle. So, thatll leave them 25% left over. Meanwhile, Im now overemployed (in case this whole thing goes belly-up), and check in twice a day to make sure nothing broke.
