As a parent, yes it absolutely does. You might struggle a bit if you end up as a single dad with that amount, but you wouldn't struggle with a partner unless one or both of you are terrible with money.

Considering how many people basically live paycheck to paycheck (myself included) and the fact that a lot of people are really struggling right now, it just seems kinda tone deaf to be complaining that you have too much. An extra $1500 a month would be life changing for a lot of people and youre sitting here trying to say I mean its not even that much. I bought a pair of Levi's a few weeks ago for $35 and I see some on sale right now for $30. Even cheaper if I go for other brands. Like $18 for a pair of Wrangler jeans, $17 for some GAP jeans, etc.

I dont think shits a flex about being able to afford nice clothes but cant afford to provided for a family in a way that would build healthy children and dynamics. Honestly its frustrating, everytime I make more money cost of living or childcare goes up

Having disposable income is, by definition, not living paycheck to paycheck. You burning through all of your extra money every month is not the same as people that can barely afford the necessities every paycheck.

However, in the spirit of the TC's intention, yes I'm a millionaire, but so are a lot of other people. In this day and age, a lot of them are younger than me. I remember being confused when I bought my Ferrari because the insurance I was given was akin to fleet insurance. Ferrari thought I was an influencer/YT personality so they automatically insured my car for multiple people to drive it. They were surprised when I told them that no, it's just for me.

Honestly one of the reasons I believe you are being genuine is because you did actually talk about what you make. It was the topic where you were discussing about going to the dream company and the money there vs where you were and how many extra hours on the side you would need to make up the difference.

You said what you made and I was honestly surprised at the figure. I thought the way you talked about your spending habits and considering where you lived and what I assumed would just be high base expenses I was really surprised the number was so much lower than I would have anticipated. If you were trying to brag you definitely wouldnt have used the number you did. Thats not meant as a put down. I was just surprised is all. Unless Im completely misremembering. I haven't washed any of my cars since July. I prefer driving them. I'd rather damage my cars by using them, rather than letting them slowly rot in a garage. Remind me to tell the story about how I kerbed my AMG when I fucked up parking next to an M3 CSL.

The saddest part is some of them arent even in a garage. Just out in the elements with their windows down. Its a tropical climate and they literally get monsoons and are just rotting. Its such a waste. I honestly would have thought if you had a 5 billion dollar collection you would store them in climate control.

Living paycheck to paycheck literally just means that you have either nothing, or incredibly little, left to spend as disposable income and/or to put into savings, from every paycheck.

I also will make the point no matter your income level you can find more shit to buy, you could be making $30 million a year and trust me you can spend that if you have expensive enough tastes, or you need to buy some big ass fucking house and fancy cars.
